Incident Report Form

If you feel you have any incident you need to report regarding bullying, safeguarding or prevent, please feel free to meet our Designated Safeguarding Officer, Robert Tye, by coming into the centre. You can find us by using the map above. Or you can send an Incident Report Form to Robert Tye directly using the form at the bottom of this page.

You can use the form if you are not comfortable reporting an incident face to face, every incident reported will be kept private and confidential.

Incidents reported should not only be while at the training centre but while at work, when out with friends, when at home or any other time.
